Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Minga pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in the original packaging or a sturdy mailing bag, ensuring the package is properly sealed to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
